Welcome to
my blog. My name is Michael Lorenzana and I have lived in San Antonio my whole life. This blog is about helping people with real estate
information and advice. I have been a real estate agent for over 7
years. So, you could say that I know my way around Texas.
I attained courses at
San Antonio Board of Realtors(SABOR)to receive my license to be an active real estate
agent. I have received certificates in certain fields and have been honored with
awards for my work in San Antonio,TX. I am certified in working with short
sale contracts, and E-Certified for the web. I sold over a million dollars’ worth of real estate in
a year, and received an award to be in the million-dollar circle. I have also
been Realtor of the month more than once.
I can provide information and details on properties through the MLS
(Multiple Listing Service), which helps potential homeowners find their perfect
home.
The MLS helps in assisting clients find their specific area and style of
property that suits them, and helps sellers get their listing out to other
